What To Serve With This Dish

There are so many different ways to serve these tortilla chips. I like to turn them into dessert nachos by topping them with this Fresh Fruit Salsa.  These cinnamon sugar chips also taste great when dipped into sweet dips such as Cherry Chocolate Chip DipSugar-Free Chocolate Chip Dip, or drizzled with chocolate sauce.

Substitutions and Additions

  • Instead of using sugar, you can also use your favorite granulated sugar-free sweetener like monk fruit.
  • Coat the tortillas with a light coating on the butter. You want just enough butter to help the cinnamon-sugar mix stick to the tortilla.
  • If you prefer, you can use your favorite neutral tasting cooking spray instead of butter.
  • Use any type of tortillas that your family enjoys, I’ve used whole wheat tortillas, low-carb tortillas, flour tortillas, and corn tortillas. They all turn out great. Flour tortillas are my personal favorite.
  • For a little extra sweetness try using light brown sugar for granulated sugar for the cinnamon sugar mixture.
