Chocolate Chip Dip
Looking for a simple addition to your holiday gathering? Well, you came to the right place! Today I’m sharing a dessert that doesn’t require any baking.
Don’t you love simple and delicious crowd-pleasing desserts? My favorite part of entertaining is watching guests enjoy what I’ve prepared.
This chocolate chip dip is one of those treats that everyone gathers around. Watch how quickly it disappears and be prepared to share the recipe! Everyone always asks for it.
The flavor is a cross between a vanilla and cookie dough ice cream, except you won’t need to worry about it melting!
Did I mention how easy this dessert is to prepare too?
No Bake Dessert Ideas
This dip will only require about 5 minutes of your time; mix and start dipping!
Sound easy enough, right? The only part that takes some time is determining what to pair the dip with. Sliced apples are my favorite fruit to serve with this dip as well as Voortman Bakery’s newest s’mores wafers and cookies.
Voortman Bakery uses real ingredients in their cookies. Real cocoa, no artificial flavors or high fructose corn syrup! These cookies taste just like you made them homemade. No one needs to know how convenient it was to just open a package.
You may want to offer a couple of different no bake desserts. Have you tried this Cherry Chocolate Chip Dip? The combination of chocolate and cherry is super tasty together.
How about this Apple Spice Cream Cheese Ball? The recipe is often requested for this one, and what I love is that this cheese ball can be made a day in advance.
Chocolate Chip Dip With Cream Cheese
For this recipe the base is made with cream cheese and butter. Sounds like an odd combination? The duo is actually creamy and delicious together!
The cream cheese in this recipe acts as a stabilizer, which allows this dip to be served without refrigeration for several hours.

What a great idea. So simple too. I’m going to make this and put out graham crackers to let the kids build,…and snack….during the block party!
Now that sounds like a fun party! Hope the kids enjoy this dip as much as I have.
Honestly, I want to eat this with a spoon. I never think to make dessert dip. And now I’m kind of mad at myself! I feel like I’m missing out. This looks so good (and it’s so easy)! Might have to make this for our next potluck. And I might have to make a practice batch to eat with a spoon… 😉
Ooooh I always forget how great a dip can be as a dessert! This would be fantastic with some fresh fruit, maybe dangerously fantastic. LOL! I need to try this!
This dip looks just luscious! And 5 minutes to make? Perfect for our next gathering!!
The only problem is that I’m going to be hording this in the corner and not letting anybody else near! Lol. I love the idea of serving a dessert dip!
I won’t tell…haha! Enjoy, Amy!
I love everything about this delicious dip. It makes dessert so easy to serve and looks cool and creamy on a hot summers day!
My family loved this over the weekend! Perfect for our poolside party. Delicious and a big hit!
This was a quick dessert. I put it into mini cupcake cups in my mimic cupcake pan and frozen them for fat bombs! I ate a spoonful after I was done! Delish!
I LOVE easy desserts that you can whip up in minutes, so this chocolate-chip-dip is really up my alley. It would be perfect for entertaining all summer long, not just for the 4th of July. Pinning for later!
Just hand me a spoon and I’m ready to go!! It looks so good and I know of four grandsons who would eat their weight in fruit to get to the chocolate chip dip. I’ll be making this for our Independence Day party. I know it’ll be a humongous hit. Thank you!!
I love that this is equal parts easy + delicious + fun. What a great dip to set out with fresh fruit or even use as a topper for cupcakes. Loving the refined sugar free element too!
This looks like the kind of thing I’d have to keep my kids from absconding with at a party. Which is to say it looks delicious. Lol. I don’t tend to think of dips when I’m trying to come up with a dessert, but this is an awesome, shareable, and versatile idea. Thanks for sharing it!
I love that you made this sugar free!! I know my guests at our 4th of July party are going to LOVE this!
Huge party favorite!
What a great summer dessert. Easy to make and everyone is surely going to gobble it up! Very much looking forward to making this dip.
I need this in my life right now! Chocolate chip dip cream cheese sounds like a dream! How have I never tried this before? Definitely pairing this with some sliced apples.
I’m making this as a filling to sandwich between cookies! Perfect summer treat! And I love that it’s sugar free!
This was so easy to make and my husband had no idea it was sugar free which we’ll just keep as our little secret!
HAHA…I think lots of people could eat this by the spoonful. What a great dip for a bbq party. I would also use it as a dessert with some plain cookies for dipping.
