Sandra’s Pro Tips

Here are a few tips that you can use to help you make this pumpkin cream cold brew drink extra special:

  • My preferred method to make this delicious drink when I know that I’m going to be in a hurry is to make the pumpkin syrup, and the coffee concentrate ahead of time and store them in the fridge until I am ready to make the foam for the drink.
  • If you use a metal large mixing bowl, it will help the homemade cold foam come together quickly because the bowl will stay cold.
  • You could use a handheld milk frother to make your foam but it will take a lot longer than using a hand mixer.
  • Extra foam can be whipped to stiff peaks and frozen. Add to hot cocoa or coffee like these Peppermint Mocha Frozen Whipped Cream toppers.
  •  Sweeten the foam with a drizzle of honey, pure maple syrup, or the sweetener of your choice to balance out the bitterness of the coffee.
  • Make sure you whisk fast enough so that you don’t overmix and create large air pockets in the foam. The goal is to make the foam as light and airy as possible!
