- Buttermilk - Greek yogurt - Dried parsley - Dried dill weed - Onion powder - Garlic powder - Ground pepper - Salt - Chicken pieces - Sourdough sandwich slices


Position two racks in the oven; one in the middle and the other on the bottom rack. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Line two cooking sheets with foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

BRINE: Mix spices together in a small bowl. Whisk buttermilk, Greek yogurt in a bowl large enough to brine the chicken pieces in.
