SUGAR FREE BANANA MUFFINS

Sugar free muffins sweetened with banana and monk fruit! Pulse together gluten-free old fashioned oats and peanut butter along with the other ingredients in a blender. 

Perfect muffin for those busy days, simple to make, and ready to enjoy in under 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

- Milk - Eggs - Vanilla extract - Creamy peanut butter - Ripe bananas - Golden monk fruit sweetener - Baking powder - Baking soda

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°F degrees. Lightly spray the muffin tin or muffin liners with nonstick cooking spray.

Place all ingredients starting with the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, peanut butter and bananas in the blender first.

Then add monk fruit (optional), baking soda, powder, salt, cinnamon and oats into a blender.
