This Pumpkin Pound Cake recipe is moist, rich, and full of flavor. This is the perfect dessert for any fall gathering or even your Thanksgiving dinner.

This cake is simple to make, dense and moist just like a pound cake should be.


- Pumpkin Puree - Pumpkin Pie Spice - Baking Powder - Baking Soda - Salt - Dark Brown Sugar - Granulated Sugar


Spread pumpkin over 2 layers of paper towels to drain the moisture. Cover with 2 layers of paper towels. Change the top layer a couple of times then scrape in a small bowl and set aside.

Whisk together flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix the sugars and butter, beating until well blended. Add the eggs one at a time, beating until incorporated into the mixture.
