PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING WITH PINEAPPLE RUM SAUCE

Tropical pineapple bread pudding with a simple pineapple rum sauce!

This easy dish is the perfect addition to a brunch menu or even dessert!

INGREDIENTS

- Butter - Sugar - Eggs - Pineapple Tidbits

Grease an 8″ x 8″ baking pan and set aside.

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cube rolls by splitting in half, then putting the top back on and slice in quarters yielding 8 pieces per roll.

In a large mixing bowl beat butter and sweetener until creamy.
