Comfort food at its finest is found in this delicious low carb chicken casserole recipe!  This is definitely a throwback to classic potluck casseroles with chicken, broccoli, and tons of gooey cheese.  

YOU WILL NEED: – 1 pound (or 2 cups) chicken breast, cooked and shredded – Salt and Pepper to taste – 1 cup broccoli florets, cooked and cut into bite size pieces

YOU WILL NEED: – ½ cup sour cream, light – 2 teaspoons garlic powder – 1 teaspoon dried parsley – 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
