This low sugar peach jam has all the delicious flavor of regular jam, but with far fewer calories.

This is the perfect recipe for peach season this summer. Plus, it’s really easy to make – perfect for beginner cooks.


- Fresh peaches - Lemon - Sugar or sugar-free alternative sweetener - Low sugar pectin - Water - Vanilla


STEP 1: PEEL AND DICE THE PEACHES Pit, peel, and dice ripe peaches.

STEP 2: PUREE THE PEACHES Place in a food processor or blender and pulse to the desired consistency.

STEP 3: ADD LEMON JUICE AND SUGAR TO THE PEACHES Put in a large bowl and add lemon juice and sugar. If your fruit is very sweet, then you may use less than a cup of sugar.
