Easy Chocolate Truffle Recipe for Valentine's Day

This Chocolate Truffle Recipe is made from creamy ganache and coated with seasonal sprinkles, nuts or cocoa powder.

INGREDIENTS

- chocolate - whipping cream - butter - vanilla - sprinkles - cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small saucepan combine chocolate, whipping cream and 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil.

Stir over low heat until chocolate is melted and ingredients are mixed well.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Then transfer to a small bowl and cool, stirring occasionally.
