YOU WILL NEED: – Smoked paprika – Kosher salt – Black pepper – Garlic powder – Onion powder – Oregano – Mustard powder – Cumin – Sage

MIX THE DRY RUB: Add spices to a large mixing bowl and whisk ingredients together. Remove 2 tablespoons of pork rub and place in an airtight container. See notes in the FAQ section.

REMOVE THE SILVER SKIN: The silver-white cognitive tissue is tough and hard to chew, so you will want to remove it from the pork.
