SALMON PATTY RECIPE

Easy salmon patty recipe made with fresh wild caught fish. Perfect for low carb, keto, and gluten free diets.

This versatile meal can be served as an appetizer, on a salad or enjoy as salmon sliders.

INGREDIENTS

- Salmon - Celery stalk - Old Bay Seasoning - Worcestershire sauce - Egg - Pork rinds - Butter - Avocado or olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook salmon once cool remove skin, then shred into flakes. In a small bowl whisk together egg and Worcestershire sauce.

In a medium bowl mix fish, pork rind, Old Bay Seasoning, and celery. Add in egg mix. Form patties and place on wax paper and refrigerate.

Heat a large skillet and add butter and oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes, both sides.
