Delicious sugar free low carb banana bread made with healthy ingredients. This recipe includes real bananas! In addition, I used Greek yogurt to add tenderness along with common spices for extra flavor!

This delicious low carb banana bread is made with real bananas and Carbquick, a low carb baking mix. Enjoy for breakfast or a snack. Top with peanut butter for a keto treat.

YOU WILL NEED: – Carbquick – Baking powder – Cinnamon – Brown sugar  – Salt – Bananas – Greek yogurt – Eggs – Vanilla extract

In a medium bowl mash banana. Add Greek yogurt, vanilla extract and eggs. Mix until well combined.

In a large bowl whisk together Carbquick, baking powder, cinnamon, sweetener and salt.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the center of the well. Stir with a spatula until combined. Don’t over mix.

Grease the loaf pan and add the banana bread batter to the pan.
