- canned tuna - celery - red onion - flat-leaf parsley - mayonnaise - dijon or stone ground mustard


Drain and flake tuna, add to large bowl.

Add celery, red onion, and parsley, stir to combine.

Add mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice and stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
