This low carb chicken parmesan recipe is similar to the traditional recipe, except this dish is gluten and sugar-free! The gooey cheese and crunchy coating won't disappoint even the most discriminating palate!

YOU WILL NEED: – Chicken breasts – Eggs – Italian seasoning, divided – Salt – Pepper – Garlic powder – Parmesan cheese – Sugar free marinara sauce – Crushed pork rinds – Mozzarella – Fresh basil for garnish

In a medium bowl mix together Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning.

Heat a non-stick skillet or cast iron over medium heat and preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat the chicken one by one with the parmesan cheese, egg, and pork rinds.

Add a little olive oil or cooking spray to the pan and slowly add the chicken to the pan.
