YOU WILL NEED: – Iceberg lettuce – Cucumber – Red bell pepper – Avocado – Green onions – Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Prepare the salad dressing by blending all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

 Chop the lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, avocado and green onion.

Toss the salad ingredients in a large salad bowl.

Pour prepared salad dressing over the salad in 1/4 cup increments. Fold in the salad and toss to coat. Add additional dressing to suit your preference.
