Corned Beef is a popular meal on St. Patrick’s day, and this casserole is a fun twist to this popular dish. If you are in need of a simple recipe for busy weeknights.

YOU WILL NEED: – Mayonnaise – Thousand Island dressing – Sauerkraut – Corned beef – Swiss cheese – Caraway Seeds – Rye Bread, crumbed – Butter – Parsley

Preheat the oven to 350°F degrees. Prepare a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Stir together the mayonnaise, salad dressing, and caraway seeds (if using) in a small bowl until well blended.

Sprinkle 3/4 of the sauerkraut mix over the bottom of the prepared baking dish in an even layer.

Over the sauerkraut mix, add the chopped corned beef in a single layer, then the remaining sauerkraut.

Spread the cheese over the mixture as evenly as possible.
