Strawberry Mojito
Wishes come true guys! Remember when I whined about California being in a drought and how desperately we need rain? Well, our prayers have been answered!
We’re getting rain. Lot’s of it. Rain and wind. Now that duo is a mighty combination, especially if you live in a forest-like area where I do.
We have lot’s of natural pine trees in our neighborhood, and one 60 footer fell on our fence and shed. Sooo scary to wake up to a loud swooshing noise followed by a HEAVY thump!
Yep! We are completely aware that it could have been much worse. Horrible images ran through my mind for several weeks of what could have happened.
Thankfully, we can put everything back together. We’re writing checks to those that are cleaning up the mess that mother nature left us.
I love her. I do, which is why my new prayer is for sunshine that lasts for….uhhh, a couple of days?!
Sugar-Free Strawberry Puree
Sunshine and cocktails go hand in hand right? They say, when you tell the universe your desires, take action, then you’re more likely to see your wishes come to life.
So let’s start envisioning a warm sunny day with a refreshing mojito! Sound good?
It’s an amazing combination, which why I whipped these delicious cocktails up using my sugar-free strawberry puree. This is the same puree that I used in this strawberry mousse recipe.
Super versatile, right?
