I would love to have these on my wedding dessert table! How long will they stay good in the fridge? I was hoping to make them 2 weeks in advance. Thanks so much for the help!
The peanut butter center will last several weeks in an airtight container, but I’m not sure if the chocolate will sweat moisture. You could make all the balls, then coat them a week in advance and I bet they’ll be fine.
I made these a few years ago & everyone loved them!! I made them with milk chocolate, too! But I liked these because they fit for winter & look like snowballs. I even added white/clear sprinkles to some of them so they looked like they were glistening.
I just made a batch! Great idea to add the pretty sprinkles!
What’s the best way to store
Covered in the refrigerator is the best way to store these snowballs.

these would also be very tasty if almond butter in place of peanut butter was used.
I love almond butter! If you swap it out, let me know how it came out!
Has anyone tried these with soy butter or wow butter?? (Living with children with peanut allergies can present recipe challenges)
these are very tasty if you use almond butter instead of peanutbutter…just adds a whole different but delicious taste!
I want to try these. I think that they would be good with some dark chocolate shavings and a candied cherry in the center too.
That sounds so good! Milk chocolate would be delicious too!
