Enjoy a warm cup of ginger and lemon tea filled with natural energy-boosting properties, as well as antioxidant and immune-boosting effects. Simple and delicious when you want to reset your body to clean eating.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 ounces filtered water, boiling
  • 1/2 inch ginger root, grated
  • 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
  • honey to taste (optional)
  • goji berries (optional)

Directions

  1. Put grated ginger in a teacup. Add boiling water and let seep for 3-5 minutes. Stir in fresh lemon juice and top with goji berries. Enjoy!
