A simple heart shaped egg makes a loud statement.

Ingredients
- egg
- butter
- sausage
- toast
- heart cookie cutters
Make sausage patties, place aside. Warm pan with a dollop of butter. Place cookie cutter in pan, and crack egg in the middle. Season to taste. Toast your bread.
Cut the sausage and toast with the cookie cutters.

I made something close to this early this morning— I cut the heart shape out of the bread, put it on the griddle with a little butter and then cracked the egg into the middle. I missed to boat on the heart shaped sausage, though– cute!!!
We used to call that egg in a hole! We need a better name for such a fun heart dish! =)
